Excessive pressure: The filtration pressure exceeds the rated pressure of the filter membrane (such as instantaneous pressure rise or long-term overpressure), causing the filter membrane to rupture under stress.<br \/>\n2. Improper installation: The filter membrane is not flat (with wrinkles), does not match the size of the filter shell, or experiences uneven force during tightening, resulting in local compression and rupture.<br \/>\n3. Incompatible medium: The filtered solution contains strong corrosive components (such as concentrated acid\/alkali), which can damage the structure of the filter membrane material and cause a decrease in strength and rupture.<br \/>\n4. Lack of pre-treatment: The original solution contains large particle impurities, which block the pores of the filter membrane, causing a sudden increase in local pressure and breaking the filter membrane.<br \/>\n5.
