
The main purpose
The slow-closing butterfly valve is a pipeline control device. It is mainly installed at the turbine inlet of a hydropower station. It is used as a turbine inlet valve or installed at the water pump outlet of various pumping stations such as water conservancy, electric power, water supply and drainage, etc., replacing the functions of check valves and gate valves. At this time, the valve cooperates with the pipeline host, and according to the principle of hydraulic transition process, through the preset opening and closing procedures, it effectively eliminates water hammer in the pipeline to achieve reliable cutoff of the pipeline, and plays a role in protecting the safety of the pipeline system.

• It can replace the functions of the original electric gate valve and check valve at the outlet of the water pump, and the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems are integrated into a whole, reducing floor space and infrastructure investment;
• The electro-hydraulic control function is complete and can be debugged and controlled on-site as an independent system without additional configuration; it can also be used as an equipment unit of the distributed control system (DCS) and is centrally managed by the central computer through the 1/0 channel , realizes linkage operation with water pumps, turbines, bypass valves and other pipeline equipment; and is equipped with a manual function, which can also realize manual opening and closing of the valve when there is no power supply, meeting the valve debugging and control requirements under special working conditions;
• Good controllability, wide adjustment range and strong adaptability. The electro-hydraulic control system is equipped with multiple adjustment points, and the opening and closing procedures can be set according to different pipeline control requirements to ensure that when the opening and closing conditions of the valve are met, the valve can and can automatically open and divide according to the preset time and angle. The fast and slow stages are closed. It can also realize non-electrical valve closing, effectively eliminate destructive water hammer, prevent water pumps and turbine units from running away, reduce pressure fluctuations in the pipe network system, and ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment;
• The main valve sealing pair is a triple eccentric metal seal or double eccentric rubber seal structure, which allows easy opening and closing and reliable sealing.
