What are the classifications of forged steel stop valves according to different uses?

Forged steel stop valve is a valve used to open and close pipelines in pipelines to maintain normal operation of the system.

According to different uses, forged steel stop valves can be classified into the following.

1. Fluorine-lined stop valve: Fluorine-lined stop valve is mostly used in various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidants at -50 to 150°C. It is suitable for various concentrations. Strongly alkaline organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media pipelines.

2. Low-temperature stop valve: All parts of the low-temperature stop valve are pre-treated with liquid nitrogen to completely avoid seal deformation and leakage during use. Cryogenic stop valves are mostly used in liquefied natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other cryogenic industries.

3. Bellows stop valve: Bellows stop valve has reliable sealing performance and is now widely used in industries and mines with flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media, and can effectively prevent valve leakage.
