Fluorine-lined valves: special forces in the valve industry!

Fluorine-lined valves are ordinary metal valves with a layer of chemical protection. They are not afraid of acids, alkalis, and poisons that can corrode iron pots into honeycomb coal. Fluorine-lined valves rely on a layer of fluoroplastic liner to conquer the world, and can be called the special forces in the valve industry:
1. Material black technology
Plastic King Body Protection: The liner is made of fluoroplastics such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which is more resistant than the coating of non-stick pans. Even aqua regia (concentrated hydrochloric acid + concentrated nitric acid) cannot corrode it, and it can directly resist sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and other industrial “bone-dissolving water”.
‌Steel exoskeleton‌: The outer shell uses cast iron or stainless steel as the skeleton to make up for the lack of plastic strength. It can withstand high pressure and prevent workers from swinging hammers to break it.
2. The structure is like a nesting doll
‌Fluoroplastic lining‌: The fluoroplastic is pressed into the inner wall of the valve like a tile, and even the screw seams are tightly wrapped, so that corrosive liquids cannot contact the metal throughout the process.
‌Double sealing insurance‌: rubber gasket + fluoroplastic valve seat, double locking when closing the valve, tighter than the lid of a pressure cooker, one drop leaks and it loses.
3. The working scene is tough enough
‌Chemical plant life game‌: install it at the outlet of sulfuric acid storage tank, it will not rust for ten years; chlor-alkali workshop uses it to transport caustic soda, which is five years longer than stainless steel valves.
‌Venom housekeeper in electroplating plant‌: control high-risk liquids such as cyanide and chromic acid, the valve liner is more corrosion-resistant than the material of gas mask.
‌Acid and refreshing assembly line in pharmaceutical factory‌: transport concentrated hydrochloric acid to purify drug ingredients, the valve life is three times that of ordinary models.
In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of fluorine-lined valves are also very real. Its corrosion resistance is better than stainless steel, but the price is only a fraction of titanium alloy valves, but if the temperature exceeds 150℃, it will be soft and cannot be used in high-temperature steam pipelines. There is also a risk of freezing and cracking when the temperature is below minus 50℃.
