Fluorine lined valves are very strong, but they have a nemesis!
Fluorine lined valves can treat various chemical acid and harsh effects, with their metal shell resistant to high pressure and impact, and lined with PTFE for corrosion and adhesion prevention.
Its shell is made of cast iron or steel, and the inner liner is coated with a layer of fluoroplastic, just like a plastic inner liner for a thermos cup. It has corrosion resistance and can withstand immersion in concentrated sulfuric acid for 10 years without rotting. Ordinary valves cannot withstand it for a month! Good sealing performance, smooth surface to the point where the sauce/medicine does not hang on the wall, and can withstand both hot and cold temperatures: -50 ℃ ice hydrochloric acid can circulate,+150 ℃ hot alkaline solution can withstand it.
Although strong, there are also nemesis.
Afraid of high temperature grilling: Fluoroplastics become soft beyond 150 ℃.
Afraid of organic solvents: Acetone/benzene solvents can dissolve the lining.
Afraid of violent disassembly and assembly: Tightening the bolts too tightly may fracture the lining layer.
