Three closing positions for cast steel check valves!

Cast steel check valve is the “one-way valve” in the pipeline – it only allows the fluid to run forward, not backward! Made of thick and hard cast steel, specifically designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
It’s like a door baffle, the fluid moves forward, and when the door panel (valve disc) is pushed open, it’s easy to pass. Do you want to flow back? The door panel smashed down directly, blocking the passage. It relies on fluid pressure and the weight of the door panel, and is not afraid of failure even in the event of power or gas outages.
Below are three closing positions for cast steel check valves:
1. Lift type
The door panel is straight up and down (like an elevator), suitable for small pipes, tightly closed but with high resistance.
2. Swing type
The door panel is hung on a rotating shaft (like a revolving door), suitable for high flow applications, and does not close as tightly as a lifting type.
3. Butterfly style
The disc locks when turned over, specializing in large-diameter pipelines.
Chemical plants, boiler rooms, and oil pipelines all require it.
