How to prevent blockage of stainless steel filter mesh?
Three methods:
1、 Filter upgrade
Replace with a 25 micron laminated filter, which increases flux by 40% and has stronger anti clogging properties; Prioritize using 316L food grade stainless steel material, which increases corrosion resistance by 2 times.
2、 Operation regulation
Install pressure gauge monitoring to maintain a working pressure of 0.1-0.3MPa (overpressure acceleration blockage); Backwash once a week in areas with turbid water quality, and once every two weeks for ordinary water quality.
3、 Water source pretreatment
Pre settling tank for high sediment water source to reduce the entry of large particles; Add filter aids (such as diatomaceous earth) when screening viscous materials.
If there is penetrating damage or repeated blockage, it is necessary to replace the new filter with a self-cleaning scraper!
