These behaviors related to flanges are absolutely prohibited!

Do you know what behaviors cannot be done when using a flange?
Three behaviors are absolutely prohibited:
1. Transport stacking
Liquefied gas cylinders and other pressure vessels are allowed to be stacked horizontally (≤ 2 layers) during transportation, but the flange body is prohibited from being stacked during any transportation.
2. Bolt hole load-bearing capacity
Do not stack bolt holes as support points, as it may cause thread damage.
3. Unprotected stacking
Stacking high-pressure flanges above Class 300 without wrapping the sealing surface with a special protective ring is considered a violation of regulations according to standards.
