Standardized maintenance process for power station valves
The maintenance of power station valves must strictly follow industry standards (such as DL/T 2025.6-2023), and the standardized maintenance process is as follows:
Preparation before disassembly:
Clean the dirt on the surface of the valve and mark the orientation of the valve cover and body to avoid assembly errors;
Cut off the medium and relieve pressure, wear protective equipment (to prevent leakage or debris damage);
Before disassembly, confirm that the valve is opened 2-3 times to prevent the valve stem from swelling due to high temperature.
Valve disassembly:
Disassemble the bolts, valve cover, and valve core in sequence to protect the sealing surface from scratches.
Exit the valve stem and remove the waste packing, separate the components and store them by category.
Regularly clean the nameplate, check the tightness of the connecting bolts, and apply leak detection liquid to the valve stem for monitoring.
