Zhengyuan Forged Steel Gate Valves: The Core of Industrial Fluid Control Under Severe Working Conditions
Recently, the forged steel gate valve series under Zhengyuan Valve Group has continuously gained market recognition in key fields such as petrochemicals, power energy, and natural gas transmission, thanks to its excellent adaptability to working conditions. It has become a preferred valve solution for severe scenarios such as high temperature, high pressure, and strong corrosion.
Zhengyuan forged steel gate valves are manufactured from high-quality forged steel materials through a high-pressure plastic forming process. Their metal grain structure is dense, and their tensile strength and yield strength are 20%-30% higher than those of cast steel parts. These valves can easily handle high-pressure working conditions with Class 800-2500 pressure rating, and their pressure resistance range covers PN16 to above PN420. They are suitable for high-pressure scenarios such as main steam pipelines of thermal power plants (≥25MPa/≥540℃) and primary loops of nuclear power plants (≥17MPa/≥300℃). In terms of temperature adaptability, the products can operate stably in extreme temperature difference environments ranging from -196℃ to 650℃. Whether in LNG low-temperature transmission or boiler high-temperature steam systems, they can maintain reliable sealing and no creep deformation, showing excellent performance.
For strong corrosion working conditions, Zhengyuan forged steel gate valves are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 316L stainless steel and F22 alloy, combined with special surface treatment technology. They can effectively resist the erosion of media such as H₂S and Cl⁻ in petrochemical cracking units, and their corrosion resistance is 50% higher than that of ordinary valves. In scenarios with high-frequency opening and closing such as long-distance oil and gas pipelines (annual opening and closing times ＞ 500), the wear resistance of the valve stems treated by quenching and tempering is increased by 3 times, which greatly extends the service life and reduces maintenance costs.
At present, Zhengyuan forged steel gate valves have been widely used in major projects such as coal-to-oil, natural gas pressure regulating stations, and combined heat and power generation. Their stability, safety, and economy under extreme working conditions provide a reliable guarantee for the efficient operation of industrial production processes.
