  Zhengyuan Group recently signed an annual strategic cooperation agreement with Goldwind Technology, a global clean energy top 500 enterprise and China’s leading wind power equipment manufacturer. The agreement secured RMB 500 million worth of wind power fastener orders, with 80% serving the domestic wind power market supporting the “dual carbon” goals, and 20% exported to international markets promoting Chinese high-end equipment manufacturing standards globally.

  This achievement builds upon years of digital transformation efforts. The company has established the Zhengyuan Future Smart Factory, a National Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Plant recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The factory features full 5G coverage and over 95% of equipment is connected to the network. The independently developed ZMI-iMOM platform integrates PLM, MES, ERP, and OA systems, enabling full-process digital management from design to delivery.

  The company’s technological capabilities have earned it the title of National Specialized and Sophisticated “Little Giant” Enterprise. It has also been recognized as Zhejiang Province Future Factory and Zhejiang Provincial Digital Workshop. Through digitalized heat treatment processes, product low-temperature impact performance has improved by 30% and fatigue resistance by 25%, ensuring reliable performance in offshore wind environments.

  The AI Super Smart Factory project, currently under construction with a total investment of RMB 410 million, represents another major step forward. Once completed, it will be the first Excellence-level high-end fastener AI smart factory in China, with an annual production capacity of 1.5 billion high-end fasteners. These precision components will serve major national projects including large aircraft, next-generation wind power equipment, and advanced nuclear power facilities, contributing to China’s independent control over critical components.
